| Everything was working fine and then a new insider preview windows 10 was released. Now, none of the icons/menu options appear. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling SSMSBoost. Tried deleting c:\users\username\appdata\local\solutions crew\ssms2014 Tried uninstalling SSMSBoost, Management Studio and then reinstalling. Created a logs folder and found the following error in the log file: 2016-03-22 13:27:17.7046|Error|SSMSBoost.Connect [1] EXCEPTION System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'stdole, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. I do have a stdole file in C:\Program Files (x86)\microsoft.net\Primary Interop Assemblies but it looks like version 7.0.9466 Many thanks |
